Description
The two pan twenty liter electric Super Fryer It is fitted with 2 pans with a capacity of twenty liters each. Each pan is
heated by three 4kW elements and the cooking temperature is maintained by a
180°C thermostat. The fryer operates on three phase and makes use of electrical
contactors, back up thermostats, circuit breakers as well as 8 pin relays. The fryer is fitted with a bar above the oil pans into
which chip baskets can be clipped to drain excess oils.
