- Soft Serve Custard Powder Mix per 2kg
- mixing instruction
- add 4,6 litres of water in a 20lt clean bucket
- then add the 2kg ice cream powder
- whisk aggressively till mixed
- wait 10 min then whisk again
- (use an electric blender if possible )
- store in cool dry cupboard
